"To Hell with the Hamptons...the party is in Brooklyn
We are pleased to invite you to a Brooklyn Summer Art Party Extravaganza at McCaig-Welles Gallery! This Wednesday: August 17th, 2005 7-10pm
Sip sangria, BBQ a hot dog, hang out in the pool, hit a pinata, listen to music and enjoy great art.
McCaig-Welles is proud to introduce an exhibit that showcases a few of our most prominent and successful artists. These artists have had solo shows at McCaig-Welles over the past year or have upcoming solo shows planned in the next six months. They include Joel Dugan, Sam Friedman, The Goldmine Shithouse, R Nicholas Kuszyk, Travis Lindquist, Logik, Richard Mirando, Sean Taggart, SEEN, and SP.ONE.
In addition, co- curator Dalit Anolik introduces new artists and works by Lauren Berke, Afshaan Rahman, Koren Shadmi and Shai Zurim.
This exhibition showcases an array of works that include paintings, drawings and works on paper. It is intended for the artwork to be accessible and affordable for our friends and clients, so each work is priced under $300
Most importantly, this party is a chance for us to say THANK YOU to our artists and patrons for all of your continued support over the years. We look forward to seeing you there.
